For the trader who has the plan but can't pull the trigger.

Fear does not lie about the danger. It exaggerates it, then argues from feeling and calls it evidence. It has never opened your trade history.

The result is behaviors that all look reasonable in the moment. Hesitating on setups you already tested. Cutting winners early, or sizing down until wins barely cover losses.

This is a 10-day worksheet built to give the brain new evidence.

Three practices

  1. The Evidence Challenge. Put fear's specific prediction on trial. Go to your trading history and answer: how often has this outcome actually happened? Vague fear cannot survive specific data.

  2. The Worst-Case Acceptance. Walk toward the worst realistic outcome and write it out in full. What you would do next. Fear loses its grip on what is fully faced.

  3. The Graduated Exposure Log. Take valid setups in the conditions that scare you. Log fear before, action, outcome, fear after. Over sessions, the numbers fall.

Time
Thirty minutes to read the Briefing, ninety seconds a day for ten days, one ten-minute review.

Why 10 days
Fear is a prediction system, not an identity. Ten sessions is enough for the brain to notice the prediction is wrong more often than it is right.

What this is not
Not a promise fear will stop showing up. Elite traders still feel it. What changes is what fear has to argue against. Instead of a catastrophe, it meets your record and a decision you already survived.

Give your brain new evidence. The rest follows.
