Learn how to identify and work through self-doubt.

Self-doubt is the quietest force in trading. It hides behind virtues. Checking your analysis again looks like diligence. Waiting for one more confirmation looks like patience. Every behavior it produces has a respectable name.

What it costs is not money on any single trade. It is the compounding effect of an edge you never fully execute.

This is a 30-day worksheet built to give the voice something to argue with.

Four practices

  1. Talk to yourself like a coach. Use your own name and "you" instead of "I." The distance is what does the work.

  2. Build your evidence file. Doubt argues from feeling. Answer it with dates, setups, and numbers from your record.

  3. Re-attribute your wins. Name the skill, preparation, or discipline behind each one. Not luck.

  4. WOOP. Close the gap between intention and action by pairing the goal with the internal obstacle that derails it.

Time
Forty minutes to read the Briefing, ninety seconds a day for thirty days, one twenty-minute review at the end.

Why 30 days
Self-doubt has usually been building for years. This one builds a competing body of evidence about your competence, and that takes a sample.

What this is not
Not therapy. Not a promise the voice goes silent. Most experienced traders still have it. What changes is its authority. Self-doubt is loudest exactly when your memory for counter-examples is worst. That is why they have to be written down before you need them.
