Most first products fail because they're not a product
People spend months on a brand, a funnel, a logo, and a 40-page PDF. Then nobody buys — because they never asked 10 people to pay.
A first offer is one sentence: who it's for, what it does, what they pay.
Write that sentence. Send it to 10 people who already have the problem. If 3 say no, you learned more than another week of research.
That's the whole play. The rest is how not to chicken out.
