If you punish a puppy after you find the damage, you are training the wrong thing
The puppy chewed the chair at 2pm. You found it at 6. A scolding at 6 teaches “owner’s face is dangerous,” not “don’t chew chairs.”
Management first: one room, one chew item, eyes on. Then teach what is allowed. Punishment after the fact is late. Exhaustion is not a training plan.
