You've been training for a year or two. You know the basics. You can bench, squat, and deadlift with decent form.
But here's the problem: your gains have flatlined.
Most lifters hit this wall and do one of two things:
Jump to a new program every 4 weeks (program hopping kills gains)
Add more volume without managing fatigue (hello, joint pain)
The fix isn't more motivation. It's better programming, periodization, and recovery management.
Here's what actually works at the intermediate level:
1. Structured progressive overload — not just "add weight." Use RPE-based loading, deloads, and rep range cycling.
2. Nutrition that matches your training phase — surplus when you're pushing volume, maintenance during intensity blocks.
3. Sleep and recovery aren't optional — 7+ hours and proper deload weeks are where the gains actually happen.
I built FitForge to give intermediate lifters the exact system I use with my coaching clients. Structured programs, technique audits, nutrition frameworks, and a crew of people who actually take this seriously.
