If you got roped into coaching your kid's flag football team and you're staring at a whiteboard with no idea what to draw — this is for you.

Here are the 5 plays I run every single game:

1. The Sweep — Your fastest kid lines up wide. Snap, pitch, run to the sideline. Simple. Works against every zone.

2. Center Sneak — Nobody covers the center in youth flag. Snap it, center runs 5 yards, turn around. Touchdown half the time.

3. The Flood — Send 3 receivers to the same side. The defense can't cover all of them. Hit the open man.

4. Bootleg — QB fakes a handoff, rolls out, and either runs or throws. Kids love it because they feel like Patrick Mahomes.

5. The Screen — Throw it behind the line to your best athlete with blockers in front. Let them do the work.

These aren't complicated. That's the point. Youth football is about execution and getting kids in space — not NFL schemes.
