Every week I see someone ask 'how do I start flipping with no money.' Here's the exact loop I teach, no fluff:

1. Look in your own closet first. Old sneakers, old phones, unused gadgets — sell those first. That's your seed capital, not a loan or savings.

1. Go thrifting Monday or Tuesday morning. Weekend donations get sorted and put out early in the week, before the regulars pick it clean. Scan barcodes with eBay's app and check SOLD listings (not asking prices) before you buy anything.

1. Only buy what you already know sells. If you can't find 3+ recent sold comps for an item, skip it. Guessing is how beginners lose money.

1. Price to move, not to maximize. Your first 10 flips should be about proving the loop works and building capital — price 5-10% under the last sold price so it moves in days, not weeks.

1. List in 2 places minimum. eBay + Facebook Marketplace covers both shipped and local buyers. Whatnot is great once you have volume and want to go live.

Most people fail at this not because sourcing is hard, but because they hold out for the 'perfect' price instead of taking the guaranteed flip. Cash flow beats margin when you're starting from zero.
