Membership and Payments 1.1. Membership: Membership to our Server is available to individuals who have paid the required fees as specified by the Server's administrators. 1.2. Payments: Payments for membership are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Server's administrators. Members are responsible for all charges and fees associated with their membership. 1.3. Membership Termination: Server administrators reserve the right to terminate or suspend a member's membership at any time for violating the terms outlined in this Agreement or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the administrators.

Conduct and Community Guidelines 2.1. Respectful Behavior: Members must engage in respectful and courteous behavior towards fellow members and administrators. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. 2.2. Content Guidelines: Members are responsible for the content they post, share, or contribute to the Server. Content that violates applicable laws, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or is otherwise inappropriate, will be removed, and the member may face disciplinary action. 2.3. Confidentiality: Members must respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared within the Server. Sharing or distributing confidential information without explicit consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to your instant removal from the server without right to refund. 2.4. Compliance with Discord Terms of Service: All members must comply with the Discord Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) in addition to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
