Most people don't have an AI workflow — they have a search history

Ask yourself: could you hand your "process" to someone else and have them get the same result you do? If not, it's not a workflow. It's a habit that lives in your head.

A real system survives you being out sick. It survives a new hire taking over the task. It survives six months of not touching it, because the trigger, the context, and the review questions are written down ,not remembered.

This is the difference between a prompt you're proud of and a system you can actually rely on. FlowForge AI is built to be the second thing.

For freelancers and consultants who keep rebuilding the same ChatGPT process from scratch ,instead of doing it once, right.

A prompt library is not a system

If you start every client job from a blank ChatGPT chat, you do not have an AI workflow. You have a lottery ticket.

The operators who actually save hours do the same eight steps every time:

trigger → context → prompt → human review → output → storage → KPI → improvement

The prompt is maybe 10% of that. Context and the review gate are the rest.

Try this on one job this week:

  1. Name the trigger in one sentence ("When X happens, I produce Y").

  2. Paste last week's real example above the prompt.

  3. Write five yes/no review questions before you generate anything.

  4. Save the output where the work actually lives — not in the chat.

  5. After five runs, promote the fixes into the prompt. Don't start over.

If you can't name the trigger, you're still collecting prompts.

That's the operating system. Not more prompts. A way to run the work.
