Compete is where most of our players sit. It is Develop, plus the work that gets you seen.

Everything in Develop, and then:

• Two film analyses a month instead of one, going deeper into decision-making and movement off the ball

• A recruiting plan: which level actually fits you, which programmes to target, when to contact them, and what to send

• Help building the highlight reel coaches will actually watch — most reels get 10 to 15 seconds before a decision

• The Compete+ room, locked to Compete and Elite members, for priority questions

• More frequent contact across the month, not one call and silence

Who it is for: players with a real target — a college level, an academy, a first team — and a timeline to hit it.

An honest note on recruiting: about 7 percent of US high school boys go on to play college soccer at any level, and around 1 percent reach Division I. We cannot change those odds. What we can do is make sure you are not invisible, which is the reason most players who could have played never do.
