Floor Rate is a spreadsheet. You type seven numbers. The cells show the invoice rate that covers those numbers. The formulas stay visible so you can check them.
You type owner cash, annual expenses, a tax set-aside percent you choose, a card-fee percent you choose, an uncollected-invoice percent you choose, hours you plan to bill per week, and weeks you plan not to work.
You receive floor-rate.xlsx, the formula written out, and a rate card you can copy.
Published example: $60,000 owner cash, $6,000 expenses, 25% set-aside, 3% fees, 5% uncollected, 20 hours a week, 4 weeks off. Hourly floor: $97.21. If the sheet does not show that on those inputs, do not use it. Ask for a refund of this purchase.
Not included: a prediction of what a client will pay, tax or legal advice, coaching, or any promise of revenue. Forge Offer Desk is a separate product.
Disclosure. Sold by Dominic Palma, a sole proprietor in Texas. Whop processes the payment and is not the seller. This is arithmetic. If the assumptions you typed do not happen, the rate will not cover them. Nothing here guarantees income, sales, or a tax result.
