The #1 reason your squat form review keeps getting rejected (it's not your squat)

Ran hundreds of video form reviews at this point and here's the pattern nobody talks about: it's almost never the lift. It's the footage.

Coaches can't fix what they can't see. The three most common submission errors:

  1. Straight-on camera angle. You need 30-45° off the bar path so we can actually see hip and knee tracking, not just a silhouette.

  2. Camera too high or too low. Hip-height, every time. A phone propped on the floor makes every squat look like a good-morning.

  3. One "hero rep" instead of a full set. Your best rep tells us nothing. Send 2-3 reps from the same set so we can see what breaks down under fatigue.

If you're training alone with no coach in the room, video is the only feedback loop you've got — so it's worth 30 extra seconds to set it up right. Free tip, no pitch: fix your camera setup before you fix your squat.
