I don't know Moein aka "Fractalyst", the creator of that thing, very well. But probably he is one of those people "thinking in code". I'm into every kind of automated algorithmic, artifical or just strategical trading. I think since over 5 years. And i can say, he is a freaking genius! Thats the bes...
