3 aim training mistakes that are keeping you hardstuck

Most people grind aim trainers for hours and still whiff every duel. Here's why:

1. You're training speed before accuracy.

If your hit rate in Aim Lab or Kovaak's is below 70%, slow down. Lock in your crosshair placement first. Speed comes naturally once your mouse path is clean.

2. You're not warming up game-specific.

Generic flick trainers don't translate to Valorant or CS2 movement patterns. Spend 10 min in deathmatch before you queue — your muscle memory needs the actual game's geometry.

3. You skip tracking entirely.

Everyone wants to hit clips with flicks, but 60%+ of FPS fights involve tracking a moving target. If you can't hold your crosshair on a strafing player for 2 seconds straight, that's your real bottleneck.

The fix isn't more hours — it's better structure. That's exactly what we break down inside Frag House.
