Most new YouTubers stall under 1,000 because they keep changing the frame
If you're under 1,000 subscribers, the advice you keep hearing is "post more." That's not why you're stuck.
What's actually happening: every video is a new experiment. New topic, new thumbnail style, new "this time I'll try storytelling." The algorithm never gets a clean signal, and neither do you.
A better first move is to freeze the frame for 10 videos:
Same person you're talking to
Same promise in the first 8 seconds
Same packaging pattern (title structure + thumbnail layout)
Then change one variable. Not five.
The creators who break 1,000 aren't more talented. They stopped treating every upload like a brand reset.
If that's you, FrameLab is the monthly lab where we pick the frame and keep you on it.
