To access your digital download, enter your email and click the Get Acess button. Your guide will be instantly added to your Apps tab on the left-hand sidebar. IMPORTANT: If the product does not appear immediately, you must refresh your browser page to sync your account. Once the page reloads, click the Apps icon in your dashboard to open your guide. Please follow these steps carefully. NOTE: support messages asking how to find the product or reporting it as 'missing' before refreshing will not receive a response, as the solution is simply to reload the page.
