Post things that help you (and everyone else) move closer to a deal:

• Questions about finding motivated sellers
• Feedback requests on cold call texts, FB DMs, or call approaches
• Deal breakdowns (numbers, mistakes, lessons learned)
• “What would you do here?” scenarios with real sellers
• Mindset or execution blocks you’re hitting
• Wins, even small ones (first convo, first offer, first yes)

• Not a support channel
Platform issues, access problems, or technical questions go to Support.

• Not a spam zone
No cold DMs, no pitching services, no link dumping to promote yourself.

• Not a job board
Hiring posts and “looking for work” belong in the designated job channels.
