A self-paced, pre-recorded digital programme for queer couples caught in the pursue-withdraw cycle. Instead of treating either partner as the problem, you will learn to recognise the shared attachment pattern, understand the alarm beneath it and interrupt the moment when reaching becomes pressure or space becomes disappearance.
Move through six practical phases covering cycle mapping, attachment-informed emotional regulation, pause agreements, deeper communication, boundaries, intimacy, repair and trust. LGBTQIA+ affirming lessons also explore how minority stress, family rejection, misgendering, secrecy and social pressure can affect connection without defining your relationship.
Each lesson is paired with guided reflection and digital worksheet practices, so you can apply the ideas to a real disagreement and build a reliable plan for pausing, reconnecting and following through. Optional grounding and energy-healing practices are framed as reflective wellbeing tools, not medical treatment. Work through the programme together at a pace that feels manageable, or use it individually to prepare for more secure conversations.
