Agency Coalition is a free, accountability-based community for people building digital service agencies from $0.

The idea is that not everyone has everything. Maybe you can do outreach but can't fulfill. Maybe you can fulfill but you're overwhelmed with finding clients. Agency Coalition is built around that.

What happens inside:

• Pass overflow work to someone in the community

• Split deals between the person who finds the client and the person who delivers

• Peer referral deals, simulated word of mouth

• Figure out payments, tools, and offers together

• Peer Daily accountability

The community will follow this framework:

• 0 to 1 — getting your first client

• 1 to 10 — reaching livable income

• 10 to 100 — scaling to ~$20k/mo and beyond

There will also be courses for people that wanted to learn more about the agency space — setting up payments, picking the right tools, choosing a skill, and building an offer you can confidently charge for. Along with a reference document covering the exact stack so you're not guessing what to use or wasting money on the wrong things at the wrong time.

Members are expected to take action daily, not overthink. Scripts, offers, workflows, and pricing improve through real feedback and shared results.
