Icari Collective is a free community for people building digital service agencies from $0.

A big reason I wanted to make this community is that running an agency requires you to be good at a lot of different things. Finding clients, sales, fulfilment, payments, tools, hiring. Most people are better at some of those things than others.

🤝 If you find a client but can’t fulfil the work, there may be someone here who can. If you’re good at fulfilment but hate doing outreach, you might meet someone who’s the opposite. Members can pass around overflow work, refer clients to each other, split deals, or just ask people who’ve already dealt with the problem they’re stuck on.

📈 We use 0 → 1 → 10 → 100 as a rough way of organising the community.

0 → 1 — getting your first client
1 → 10 — reaching livable income
10 → 100 — figuring out how to scale from there

📚 There are also courses and reference docs for the boring but important parts of running an agency: setting up payments, choosing tools, picking a skill, building an offer, outreach, pricing, and the stack we use.

☀️ There’s daily accountability as well. The expectation is pretty simple: do something every day that moves the agency forward, then use what actually happens to improve your offer, scripts, and process.
