The 3 reasons you're not seeing results (and it's not your workout)

Been training for months but still look the same? Here's what's actually going on:

1. You're not eating enough protein.

This is the #1 issue. Most people think they eat enough — they don't. Track it for 3 days. You need 0.8-1g per pound of bodyweight minimum. If you weigh 180lbs, that's 144-180g of protein daily. Most people are hitting 60-80g and wondering why they're not growing.

2. You're not recovering.

Training 6-7 days a week doesn't make you hardcore, it makes you overtrained. Your muscles grow during rest, not during the set. If you're not sleeping 7+ hours and taking at least 2 rest days per week, you're sabotaging yourself.

3. You don't have a real program.

Walking into the gym and doing whatever feels good isn't a program. You need progressive overload — structured increases in weight, reps, or volume over time. Without tracking, you're just exercising. Not training.

Fix these three things and I guarantee you'll see more progress in 8 weeks than you did in the last 8 months.
