The 5-minute meal prep framework that changed how I eat
Most people overthink nutrition. They download 47 apps, watch hours of YouTube videos, and still end up ordering Uber Eats at 8pm because they "don't know what to make."
Here's what actually works — and it takes 5 minutes of planning:
Step 1: Pick 2 proteins, 2 carbs, 2 vegetables.
That's it. Don't try to be a Michelin chef. Chicken + salmon. Rice + sweet potatoes. Broccoli + spinach. Done.
Step 2: Cook everything on Sunday.
Bake the proteins, cook the carbs in a rice cooker, and steam the vegetables. Total active time: ~30 minutes. You now have 4-5 days of food.
Step 3: Mix and match.
Monday: chicken + rice + broccoli. Tuesday: salmon + sweet potato + spinach. Season differently each day so you don't get bored.
Step 4: Don't stress about macros yet.
If you're a beginner, just eating real food consistently is 80% of the battle. Macros matter, but not as much as actually eating the food you prepped.
This is the exact framework I teach inside FuelPlan — but expanded with weekly rotating plans, grocery lists, and a community that keeps you accountable.
