100K STORIES: Turn your story viewers into conversations
Your audience can watch your content every day and still have no idea what the next step is to work with you.
That’s what we’re starting with inside Social Media Strategies: the 100K Stories framework.
The goal is to give your Stories a job. Help people recognize their problem, understand how you solve it, see real proof, and feel comfortable starting a conversation.
Here’s the weekly structure:
Monday — Resources
Give away something useful that solves one specific problem. One story, one resource, one clear keyword to reply with. Keep this as your only story for the day.
Tuesday — Results
Share a real client win. Show where they started, what changed, and the outcome. Then invite people to message you about getting help.
Wednesday — Replies
Answer the questions your ideal client is already thinking about. Get specific and show them how you think as a coach. If you’re choosing the topic yourself, introduce it as a common question.
Thursday — Reveals
Show the process behind the result. Walk through a coaching decision, a before-and-after breakdown, or something you actually do to help clients move forward.
Friday — Rants
Share a belief that explains how you coach and why. Make one clear point. Give people a chance to connect with your approach without adding a sales pitch.
Saturday — Results
Share another client win or proof sequence. Use a different example so more people can recognize their own situation.
Sunday — Reset
Take a break and let your existing Stories expire before Monday.
For your selling sequences, think 2–5 frames: recognize the problem → show the process and proof → give one clear next step. Monday’s single resource story is the exception.
That could be as simple as:
“Struggling to hit your protein goal on busy days? I put together a simple meal-building guide. Reply PROTEIN and I’ll send it over.”
When someone replies, deliver what you promised. Then ask about their situation and have a real conversation. ManyChat can help with delivery, but the follow-up still matters.
To make this easy to repeat, build a small bank of resources, client wins, common questions, and behind-the-scenes photos. Batch your ideas, reuse relevant material, and save your strongest sequences into Highlights so new profile visitors can work through them too.
Track your views, replies, qualified conversations, and booked calls. You’ll start seeing which topics get attention and which ones move people toward working with you.
Your first step: Open the 28-day calendar below and map out your next seven days.
Then drop your Monday resource idea in this chat: who it’s for, the problem it solves, and the keyword you’ll use.
I'll keep this post pinned here for the week until next weeks strategy.
