Welcome to G-Force Fitness ๐Ÿ’ช

Welcome to the team. You just made one of the best decisions for your body.

Here's how to get started:

1. Check the Plans โ€” New workout programs and nutrition guides drop regularly. Start with the latest one and follow it for at least 4 weeks before switching.

2. Join the Chat โ€” Hit up the Community Chat to introduce yourself, ask questions, and connect with other members grinding alongside you.

3. Stay Consistent โ€” The program works if you work it. Track your lifts, follow the nutrition plan, and trust the process.

4. Ask Questions โ€” No dumb questions here. If you're unsure about form, nutrition timing, or anything else โ€” just ask.

Let's get to work.

The 3 mistakes killing your gains (and what to do instead)

Been coaching people through transformations for a while now and I see the same 3 mistakes over and over.

1. Program hopping every 2 weeks.

You found a new routine on YouTube and now you're switching again. Progressive overload doesn't work if you never stick to anything long enough to progress. Pick a program. Run it for 8-12 weeks minimum. Track your numbers.

2. Eating "clean" but not enough.

Chicken and rice is great, but if you're eating 1,800 calories at 180lbs trying to build muscle, you're spinning your wheels. You need a caloric surplus to grow. Period. Track your intake for one week โ€” most people are shocked at how little they actually eat.

3. Skipping the basics for fancy stuff.

Cable flyes and lateral raises are cool but if you can't bench 185 or squat 225 yet, you need more compound movements and less accessory work. Build the foundation first.

Fix these three things and you'll make more progress in 3 months than most people make in a year.

If you want a structured program that handles all of this for you โ€” training, nutrition, the whole system โ€” that's exactly what G-Force Fitness is. Check it out.
