We work 1-on-1 over chat or video on 3D printer setup, slicer profiles, bed leveling, first layer, extrusion, and common print failures. Access stays open for 7 days so you can book and complete the session. This is not unlimited support, it does not guarantee every fault can be fixed, and it does not include STL files.
