Everyone overcomplicates making money online. Here's what I'd do with $0 and a phone:

1. Sell a skill you already have

Edit videos? Write copy? Design logos? Package it up. Start at $25 and work your way up. Don't wait until you're "good enough."

2. Resell items from thrift stores

Find branded clothes/shoes for $5-10, flip them on eBay or Depop for 3-5x. People clear $2K+/month doing this part-time.

3. Start a faceless content page

Pick a niche (motivation, cars, finance), post 2-3 clips a day from free stock footage, grow to 10K followers, monetize with affiliate links.

4. Offer a local service nobody wants to do

Pressure washing, lawn care, junk removal. Post on Facebook Marketplace. Book $200-500 jobs in your first week.

5. Learn to run ads for small businesses

Watch free YouTube tutorials, cold DM 50 local businesses offering to run their Facebook/Instagram ads for $500/month. 2 clients = $1K/month.

The pattern? Pick one, go all in for 30 days, and don't switch.
