10k followers and $0. That's a product problem, not a reach problem.
Most creators under 10k think they have a growth problem.
They don't. They have a "nothing to sell" problem.
You can post every day, hit 8k, even 15k — and still make $0 if every video ends with "follow for more." Followers don't pay rent. Offers do.
Here's the sequence that actually works:
1. Pick one platform. Not IG + TikTok + YT. One. The creator who posts 7 times on TikTok beats the one who posts twice on three apps.
2. Talk about one expensive pain. "How to grow on social media" is free advice. "How I turned 40 clips into a $47 digital product" is an offer. Teach the pain you will later charge for.
3. Put a product behind the content by week 3. A 12-page playbook. A swipe file. A weekly review. Doesn't matter. $37 is enough. People who consume you for free will not magically start paying later.
4. CTA every third post. Not every post — that's spam. Every third: "I put the exact system in Views to Cash." Soft. Specific. Repeatable.
If you're under 10k and posting with no offer, you're volunteering. Put a price on the work.
That's the whole game.
