It may not be today.

It may not be tomorrow.

It may not be next week.

It may not be next month.

It may not even be this year.

But one day, you will find your way back to peace.

Your heart does not need to heal by chasing answers from the person who hurt you.

Your ghoster does not need to explain why they disappeared for you to move forward.

What matters now is that you protect your peace, rebuild your confidence, and learn to love yourself with boundaries.

Healing is not about getting them to understand your pain.

It is about no longer abandoning yourself because they abandoned you.

Talking to yourself can be crazy at first.

but...it all can make sense once you talk to your senses about how this can work

here's the thing. when someone has ghosted you. tell yourself, you don't need to rely on someone's energy and happiness for you to match them as well. that is when your energy is cut in half or even worse...no energy.

The only way to bring yourselves back up is positive talk yourself I'd like to say. so in order to be better. bring that good energy back up too 110% because you deserve it.

Lets outshine them and show them why your value was so important ❤️ 🔥

Sometimes feeling alone can be okay.

but letting it cloud you and hurt you is something you have to let go.

every night. I used to always feel like nothing meant anything to me and felt like my worth to someone would go unnoticed. but i knew a way out, and I've should've known sooner than later.

just so you know. you're not alone. were all in this together. learning the ways on how we can be better and happier with each other and ourselves.

we always want to support one another and be proud :)

so, let's find ourselves today. heal, journal, go have fun. 😊
