The 5-page lead magnet coaches actually use
Most coaches don't have a lead magnet because they try to write a book.
You don't need a book. You need 5 pages that make someone give you their email.
Here's the structure I use:
Page 1 — The promise. One sentence. What they get if they do the thing. Not your story. Their result.
Page 2 — The mistake. The thing they keep doing that's quietly killing results. Name it. They should feel seen.
Page 3 — The framework. 3 steps. Named. Simple enough to screenshot. This is the "I need to work with this person" page.
Page 4 — The 7-day plan. Daily actions, 20 minutes each. No fluff. They should be able to start tonight.
Page 5 — The invitation. Soft. "If you want this done with you, here's how we work." No hard pitch. The ebook already did the selling.
That's it. 25–40 pages is padding around this core. If page 3 isn't clear, the rest doesn't matter.
If you're sitting on a half-written Google Doc, stop adding chapters. Cut it to this and ship.
