The DR® PRO 44T is a tow-behind Field and Brush Mower designed to be pulled by an ATV, UTV, or tractor. It combines a 17.5 HP Briggs & Stratton® EX Series engine with a 44-inch cutting deck, allowing the operator to mow from the seat of the towing vehicle.

The PRO 44T is designed to cut thick field grass and saplings up to 3 inches in diameter. Its floating deck, pivoting blades, remote blade control, and offset-capable tow bar provide features for mowing uneven and overgrown areas.

17.5 HP Engine and Remote Control

The PRO 44T is powered by a 17.5 HP Briggs & Stratton® EX Series engine. The engine includes a debris management system designed to help protect the engine from material generated during mowing.

A cabled remote control allows the operator to control blade engagement and disengagement from the driver’s seat of the towing vehicle. The manufacturer also describes the remote control as providing engine start/stop functionality from the towing vehicle.

44-Inch Mulching Deck

The 44-inch mowing deck provides a wide cutting path for clearing overgrown areas. The deck is enclosed on three sides so that cut material is chopped and re-chopped beneath the deck.
