3 Facial Exercises You Can Do at Your Desk Right Now
Most people carry way more tension in their face than they realize — especially if you're staring at a screen all day.
Here are three quick moves that take less than 2 minutes total:
1. The Forehead Release
Place both palms on your forehead. Apply gentle pressure and slowly slide outward toward your temples. Repeat 5 times. This helps counteract that constant "concentrating" frown.
2. The Jaw Unlocker
Open your mouth wide, then slowly move your lower jaw to the left, hold 3 seconds, then to the right, hold 3 seconds. Repeat 3 times each side. If you clench your jaw at all, this one's a game-changer.
3. The Cheek Puff
Puff air into your right cheek, hold 5 seconds, transfer to the left cheek, hold 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Simple but it gets blood flowing and wakes up your whole face.
Try doing these once in the morning and once in the afternoon. You'll notice a difference in how your face feels by end of day.
