The 3 things every first-time entrepreneur gets wrong (and how to fix them)
After helping dozens of people launch their first businesses, I keep seeing the same 3 mistakes:
1. They build before they validate.
You don't need a website, a logo, or a perfect product. You need 5 people who will pay you money. Talk to humans first.
2. They price based on feelings, not value.
"I'll charge $10 because I'm new" — stop. If your guide saves someone 40 hours of trial and error, that's worth $30-50 minimum. Price for the outcome, not your imposter syndrome.
3. They try to serve everyone.
"My audience is anyone who wants to make money." No. The tighter your niche, the easier it is to sell. "Side hustlers who want to launch a digital product in 30 days" — that's a buyer.
I built GuidePath because I got tired of seeing entrepreneurs waste months on the wrong things. Every playbook I create is designed to skip the guesswork and get you to revenue faster.
If any of this resonated, check out the Business Playbook Bundle — it's the shortcut I wish I had.
