The Carry Training Duffle is a 40-liter bag with a dedicated wet pocket, a padded laptop sleeve, and a full-length shoe compartment. The shell is a heavy ballistic weave with bar-tack stitching at the stress points.

It is sized for a lifting belt, wraps, a change of clothes, and shoes without turning into a giant travel bag. Wear it as a duffle or sling it with the detachable shoulder strap.
