Where the files are

After you buy the Halloween STL Pack, open STL Downloads. That is the folder for the pack. Download the zip there, then slice on your Bambu, Prusa, or Ender.

How download works

Payment grants access automatically. You do not need to message us to receive the files.

Printer help is separate

If a print fails or you want live setup help, book 1-Hour 3D Printer Support. That is its own product: one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not included with the STL pack.
