Harbor Controls runs SOC 2 Type I readiness as a done-for-you monthly retainer for seed and Series A SaaS teams.

What we do:

• Scope your trust services criteria and control environment
• Write and socialize the policies your auditor will ask for
• Stand up technical and operational controls with your team
• Collect and organize evidence in a format auditors accept
• Run a readiness review and introduce you to an auditor when you are ready

How the engagement works:
Week 1: kickoff, system description, and gap assessment
Weeks 2–4: policies, vendors, access, and change management
Weeks 5–8: control operation and evidence collection
Weeks 9–12: readiness review, exception cleanup, and auditor intro

You get a private client portal with the working files, a weekly working session, and async support in the client channel. Typical first-audit path is 90 days. The retainer continues until you pass Type I. After that we can stay on for the Type II observation window.
