Pay once. You keep access to the files included in that product. This is not a subscription.

Printer help is a separate product

If the printer is stuck on first layer, bed leveling, stringing, or extrusion, book 1-Hour 3D Printer Support. That purchase is one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not bundled with the STL pack.
