This purchase includes one online support session of up to 60 minutes. We work through 3D printer setup, slicer settings, calibration, first layer, extrusion, bed leveling, print quality, and common print failures over chat or video. This is one session, not unlimited support, and it does not include STL files. Access stays open long enough to book and complete the session.
