You match each need recorded in Section B to the provision meant to meet it, then check that provision against four questions: what exactly, how often, for how long, and delivered by whom with what qualification. Where the wording doesn’t answer them, you’ll see it. Where your child’s reports don’t support what you’d want to ask for, you’ll see that too — and what evidence would be needed to close the gap.
