Why I stopped doing group healing calls and started doing 1:1 deep-dives instead
For a while I ran group sessions for people going through heartbreak, burnout, and general "I don't know who I am right now" seasons. They were fine. But something kept bothering me: the people who needed the most attention got the least of it, because 20 other people were in the room too.
So I killed the group format and replaced it with something more honest: a single, focused 2-hour conversation, just me and you.
Here's what changes when it's 1:1 instead of group:
You actually get interrupted (in a good way). In group calls I hold back so I don't derail the session for everyone else. 1:1, if something you say matters, I stop you right there and we go deeper on it.
We can name the actual pattern, not the general one. "Healing from a breakup" is not one thing — for you it might be about trust, for someone else it's about identity, for someone else it's about being alone with their thoughts for the first time in years. Group content has to speak to everyone. A 1:1 call only has to speak to you.
2 hours is enough time to actually get somewhere. Not a 20-minute call that ends right when it gets real. We start slow, but by the end there's almost always a moment where something clicks.
If you've been sitting with something — a breakup, a spiral, a version of yourself you're trying to leave behind — and you want two hours of someone's full attention on just that, that's what the Healing Pathway Program is.
Dropped it here if you want to grab time: it's a straightforward one-time booking, no subscription, no funnel.
