The 15-minute rule that changed my clients' fitness forever

Most women I coach say the same thing: "I don't have time to work out."

Here's what I tell them: you don't need an hour. You need 15 minutes and a plan.

The research backs this up — short, consistent workouts beat sporadic long sessions every time. But the real unlock isn't the workout itself. It's the identity shift.

When you commit to 15 minutes a day, no excuses, something changes in your brain. You stop being "someone who's trying to get fit" and start being "someone who works out daily."

Here's a starter framework I give every new client:

Monday/Thursday — Upper body (push-ups, rows, shoulder press)

Tuesday/Friday — Lower body (squats, lunges, glute bridges)

Wednesday — Core + mobility

Weekend — Walk, stretch, rest

15 minutes each. No gym required. No equipment needed.

I built Health Wellness specifically for busy women in their 30s and 40s who need structure without the overwhelm. If that sounds like you, come check it out.
