This purchase includes one online support session of up to 60 minutes. We will work through 3D printer setup, slicer settings, calibration, first layer, extrusion, bed leveling, print quality, or common print failures over chat or video. This is one session, not unlimited support, and it is sold separately from the STL pack. Access is available for 7 days so you can book and complete the session.
