Care: everything in Monitor, plus one annual on-site inspection and panel cleaning. Best for most homes.

Complete: everything in Care, with quarterly visits, priority repair coordination, and a written production summary after each visit. Best for larger home systems and small businesses.

After you join, send your system details (inverter brand, array size, and address) in member chat. We activate monitoring within two business days and schedule any on-site visits around your calendar.

Service area starts with the continental United States. Repairs are coordinated through HelioGuard; parts and non-covered hardware work are quoted before anything is billed.
