You slept badly. This morning the usual choice is skip the workout, or grind through it and pay for it later.
This course is for women over 45 who want a third option: match today’s session to the body you woke up with.
Before you train, check energy, soreness, stress, and whether hot flashes are already showing up. Then pick one: full session, reduced session, gentle mobility, or restore.
You keep the movement. You change the demand. Fewer reps, longer rest, or a lighter load on a rough day still counts. Ending early on purpose is still training.
What’s included:
A pre-recorded program you can watch at your own pace. Six short phases and 24 lessons walk through the decision, how to modify strength and cardio, what to do if a hot flash hits mid-workout, and how to finish before exhaustion takes over.
Use it the next time a poor night makes exercise feel like all or nothing.
