• Hex Cable Comb: a single print-ready STL, sold separately from the pack

• 1-Hour 3D Printer Support: one online session of up to 60 minutes, sold separately

How file delivery works

After a successful payment, you get access automatically. Open the Files experience on the product you bought (STL Downloads for the pack, Single STL Download for the cable comb) and download the files there. You do not need to message us to receive files.

Support is separate

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is not included with STL purchases. Buy that product only if you want a timed troubleshooting session.

No lifetime support. No unlimited support. Files stay available on the product you paid for.
