How it works

1. Log the lot: event, venue, date, section, row, seat, quantity, and cost.

2. Set the fees you actually pay (percent, per-ticket fixed, shipping). Override them on any lot.

3. List with the number that matters: total cost, break-even, min price, and 20% ROI price on the same ticket.

4. Record the sale. Quantity down, profit stored after fees.

HoldList does not sync StubHub or SeatGeek. You type the book. No marketplace login.

Does HoldList sync StubHub or SeatGeek?

No. There is no marketplace login and no marketplace sync. You log purchases and sales yourself.

How is break-even calculated?

Break-even is the listing price where percent fees, fixed fees, and shipping leave you even with cost.

Can I change fees per ticket?

Yes. Defaults live in Settings. You can override them on any lot.

Who is this for?

Independent ticket resellers who buy and sell event tickets.

Does it store marketplace passwords?

No.
