Your face isn't dirty. Your office is dry.
Most guys treat tight, grey, flaky skin like a hygiene problem. They grab a foaming wash that "squeaks clean" and wonder why it gets worse by Thursday.
Office air is the problem. AC pulls water out of your skin all day. Screens keep you squinting. Then a hot shower and a 3-in-1 finish the job.
You don't need a 12-step routine. You need to stop stripping the barrier, then put water back in.
Morning: lukewarm rinse (or a cream cleanser if you didn't shower last night). Pea-size moisturizer with SPF 30+.
Night: cream cleanser once. Moisturizer, no SPF, on damp skin.
That's it for a week. Same bathroom light, photo on day 1 and day 7. If it's calmer and less tight, stay there.
Skip charcoal. Skip menthol. Skip anything that leaves your face feeling "fresh" in a burning way. Tight isn't clean. Tight is damaged.
