Empty rooms are why listings stall
Agents still send empty-room photos and wonder why buyers bounce in three seconds. Staging a house costs thousands and takes a week. Most listings don't get that.
What actually moves a listing:
Staged photos so the rooms feel livable
A tour so remote buyers can walk it
Renders from a floor plan when the home isn't built yet
If you list empty or off-plan homes, that's the whole job. Do those three before you spend another dollar boosting the listing.
