If you are tired of spinning your wheels, guessing your numbers, and walking out of the gym with no idea if you actually grew, The 6-Day Hypertrophy Blueprint is the ultimate solution.

  • No More Programming Confusion: It completely eliminates guesswork by locking you into a proven, high-frequency 6-day Push-Pull-Legs (PPL x2) split across two precise rotations.

  • Built-in Progression Rules: You will never plateau again, because the blueprint gives you an exact law for progress: add weight or reps the second you hit the top of your range with 2 or fewer reps in reserve (2+ RIR).

  • Total Volume & Rest Control: It standardizes your growth with optimal volume (3–4 sets of 8–12 reps) and strict rest intervals (90–120s for compounds, 60–90s for isolations).

  • Complete Session Tracking: Every printable log lets you track your bodyweight, duration, session RPE, and daily performance observations so you treat your body like data.

Stop training blind and start forcing growth. Grab your workout log and let's get to work!

Stop writing every client program from a blank note

Most trainers don't lose clients because the workouts are bad. They lose them because the plan arrives late, looks messy, or never arrives at all.

Here's the system that fixed that for me.

One master, many copies. Keep a single program skeleton: warm-up, primary, accessory, finisher, notes. Duplicate it per client. Never type the skeleton again.

Write the week in the session. Not after. If you can't fill the next 3 sessions before they walk out, the template is too complicated.

Same language every time. Sets, reps, rest, RPE. Clients don't need a novel. They need to know what to do on Thursday when you're not standing there.

Reuse before you invent. 80% of clients need a variation of the same 4 templates: fat-loss full body, strength 3-day, beginner gym, at-home no-equipment. Build those four once.

If you're still copying last week's notes into a new Google Doc at 11pm, that's the leak. Plug it and your coaching gets better because you have time to actually coach.
