The one thing I learned from interviewing 130+ founders

After 136 episodes of the I Wanna GROW Podcast, interviewing entrepreneurs from cybersecurity veterans to ER-doctors-turned-startup-founders across the GCC and beyond, one pattern shows up every single time.

The founders who make it don't have better ideas. They have better systems for staying in the game.

1. They show up before they're ready. Giorgio built 170k LinkedIn followers with a 1.5-hour daily routine. Not viral hacks — just consistency, 3-5x per week, for years.

2. They redefine "support" as a growth strategy. Jamie Blood from JACS Qatar built his entire brand around customer obsession. Not a marketing tactic — a core business philosophy.

3. They solve problems they've lived. Dr. Jacob left the ER to build AI for physician burnout. Anu Bhardwaj turned a $30k side project into a global education movement. The best businesses come from real pain.

4. They invest in consistency over creativity. Dania Khaled, TEDx speaker and UX strategist, said it best: paid ads aren't enough. Human psychology and relentless consistency beat everything.

The common thread? None of them "made it" overnight. They just refused to quit.

I built this community for founders in that exact phase — grinding from 0→1, needing real connections and real mentorship, not another course.

If that's you, the GROW community is open.
