Turn competing East Africa trip wish lists into a shared direction your group can use to build an itinerary. This digital tracker guides your group through a six-step decision process: surface individual priorities, separate must-haves from preferences, agree on what matters most, test routes against real travel time, work through trade-offs, and record the final decision. Use it to make the planning conversation more balanced and keep the trip direction from being decided by the loudest voice.
